Project Overview (Introduction)
In collaboration with Tabitha Reach and Bridging Gaps, Nutrition 4 Education & Development (N4ED) organized a two-part training program for selected entrepreneurial mothers. Hosted by Tabitha Reach, this initiative combined motivational coaching and practical business skills, equipping women with the mindset and tools to succeed.
Objectives / Goals
Target Audience / Beneficiaries
A selected group of entrepreneurial mothers affiliated with N4ED and Tabitha Reach, seeking to improve their economic resilience and launch or grow small businesses.
Methodology / Approach
The training began with a motivational and self-development session led by Meron NAGWAL, focused on mindset transformation. This was followed by a hands-on workshop, “Entrepreneurship and Microfinance Training,” facilitated by the N4ED team using Bridging Gaps’ training materials. The program was hosted at Tabitha Reach’s premises, creating a safe and supportive environment for learning.
Impact / Expected Outcomes
Participants left the training inspired, equipped with practical business skills, and motivated to pursue their entrepreneurial goals. They applied for Bridging Gaps’ microloan programs, which will further enable them to start or scale their ventures. This collaboration has strengthened a support network for women-led businesses and set the stage for ongoing empowerment.
