Empowering Teams through Project Management Training

Project Overview (Introduction)

In July 2025, N4ED organized an in-depth Project Management training to enhance the capacity of its staff in planning, implementing, and evaluating programs more effectively. Conducted by Logos Training Center and Consultancy, the training focused on equipping participants with the essential tools and mindset to manage complex projects with clarity, accountability, and efficiency.

Objectives / Goals

  • Strengthen the management capabilities of N4ED team members
  • Prepare current and future project managers for successful implementation of activities
  • Improve internal systems for planning, execution, and reporting
  • Ensure project consistency and quality across all programmatic interventions

Methodology / Approach

The training was delivered using participatory and practical approaches including case studies, group discussions, simulations, and experience sharing. Topics covered included project planning, budgeting, stakeholder management, monitoring and evaluation, and adaptive leadership in project settings.

Impact / Expected Outcomes

The training boosted the confidence and competence of staff in managing day-to-day project operations. It has laid the foundation for improved coordination, better decision-making, and stronger accountability within project teams.
