Get-together 2022 – Team Building Day at Alliance Ethio-Française

Project Overview:
A group of N4ED’s staff, volunteers, and members came together for a day of team building, creativity, and shared experiences at Alliance Ethio-Française. The event was designed to strengthen team spirit and collaboration through informal, fun, and reflective activities.

Main Agenda Highlights:

• Team bonding games and collaborative exercises
• Art-based expression workshops
• Group meal preparation and shared dining
• Guided visit of Alliance Ethio-Française’s cultural spaces, including the media library and press day exposé

The day provided a refreshing break from daily responsibilities, recharging the team’s energy and reinforcing the values of connection and creativity. Special thanks to Alliance Ethio-Française for hosting the event in their vibrant green space.
