Leadership at All Levels: Nurturing Servant Leaders Within N4ED

Project Overview 

N4ED conducted a Leadership Development training for its staff and volunteers in July 2025 to cultivate a culture of leadership across all levels. The training, facilitated by Logos Training Center and Consultancy, emphasized servant leadership principles—empowering participants to lead with purpose, empathy, and responsibility.

  • Inspire staff and volunteers to lead from where they are
  • Strengthen interpersonal communication, decision-making, and team collaboration

Methodology / Approach

The training included reflective exercises, storytelling, group dynamics, role plays, and practical leadership challenges. Participants explored topics such as self-awareness, influence without authority, leading in uncertainty, and embodying N4ED’s values in everyday work.

Impact / Expected Outcomes

Participants gained greater self-awareness and practical tools for leading teams and initiatives. The training fostered a deeper commitment to collaboration, accountability, and compassion—hallmarks of N4ED’s approach to development work.
