In 2025, N4ED brought together its staff, volunteers, and members for an inspiring three-day leadership training under the theme “Leadership for All: Living Intentionally & Leading from Where You Stand.” The program aimed to empower every participant to embrace leadership in their own roles and communities.

Main Agenda Highlights

• Three-day leadership training sessions for team members
• Workshops on intentional living and personal leadership
• Practical exercises in collaborative decision-making
• Final day leadership activities at Unity Park
• Bonding and reflective discussions in a relaxed setting

The event encouraged N4ED team to see leadership as a mindset, not just a position, and to apply intentionality in their daily lives. The Unity Park experience strengthened team relationships and inspired a renewed commitment to lead with purpose, wherever each person stands.
