Founders and Governance

The General Assembly is formed of all the members of the organization.
The Board of Directors is constituted of up to 7 people elected among the General Assembly.
The Executive Director and the finance manager are appointed by the Board of Directors.
The internal auditor is a member with financial and accounting proficiency who regularly controls the organization’s books in accordance with the Financial Policy.
The Executive Director has a non-voting role when participating in the Board of Directors’ meetings.
