Project Overview (Introduction)
As part of its internal capacity strengthening efforts, N4ED organized a full-day training focused on Early Childhood Development (ECD), one of its core program pillars. The session was led by the ECD Project Manager and aimed to deepen staff and volunteer understanding of the organization’s approach, ensuring stronger alignment across programs and teams.
