10th General Assembly – November 2025

Project Overview (Introduction)

N4ED held its 10th General Assembly in early November 2025, bringing together members, staff, volunteers, board members, partners, and donors. The gathering served as a key moment to reflect on organizational progress, share updates across programs, and align on priorities for the coming year. It also created space for engagement with partners and direct voices from beneficiaries.

Objectives / Goals

To review annual performance, share progress across projects, strengthen transparency and accountability, and set strategic directions for the upcoming year.

Methodology / Approach

The assembly included key presentations and discussions, highlighting:

  • Review of annual achievements in early childhood development, women’s empowerment, and GBV prevention
  • Program progress reports from Addis Ababa and Dire Dawa projects
  • Progress update on the Integrated Child Development Center construction
  • Opening update of Kotebe Creative Center  
  • Financial report presentation and planning for the coming year
  • Beneficiary testimonials from women’s economic empowerment (Woreda 9) and the Sports Academy

 

Impact / Expected Outcomes

The General Assembly strengthened shared understanding of progress and challenges, reinforced accountability, and aligned stakeholders on future priorities. It also highlighted the real impact of N4ED’s work through direct beneficiary voices, strengthening trust and engagement with partners and supporters.
