N4ED is an Ethiopian Civil Society Organization founded in 2016 G.C. and registered by the Ethiopian Civil Society Organizations Authority under license N° 3687. Its governing body is composed of:

• The General Assembly is formed of all the members of the organization

• The Board of Directors is constituted of up to 7 people elected among the General Assembly
• The Executive Director and the finance manager are appointed by the Board of Directors 
• The internal auditor is a member with financial and accounting proficiency who regularly controls the organization’s books in accordance with the Financial Policy of the organization
• The Executive Director has a non-voting role when participating in the Board of Directors’ meetings
