Completed a bachelor degree in Nursing at Addis Ababa University. Lealem is certified with Education Professional Development, and Helping Mothers Survive. She is also a lecturer at Salale University, Ethiopia. Currently, she is learning her Master’s degree in Clinical Trials at AAU.
As a Nurse volunteer, Lealem is educating the mothers about the importance of a balanced diet and food security. She also gives health education about hygiene, water sanitation and children care and growth. Her vision is to make sure N4ED goals impactful in the community; she puts every effort to ensure the healthy physical development of the children and prevent problems caused by malnutrition in the long run.
